To ensure that you get your preferred times, we recommend that you make reservations in advance. For a spa package, you should book several days in advance. You will need a major credit card to schedule any spa services.
Also, in order to ensure you are relaxed throughout your services, and as a courtesy to other guests, please silence your cell phones or set them to vibrate.
You are provided a locker to store your things in. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind in robes, rooms and lockers. Therefore, please do not take valuables with you, or keep all jewelry and other items in a safe place.
Gratuities are accepted in cash or check only and are based upon your satisfaction. They are not required of you. Gratuities may be given to the front desk attendant to pass on to the technician or therapist.
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Appointments for spa services require a major credit card to be on file. Spa packages and group of 3 or more will be charged a 50% deposit to schedule appointments. Failure to cancel single services 24 hours in advance or multiple services or a spa package 48 hours in advance will result in the charge 50% of fee of the service. A no-show will result in the charge of the full fee of the service.
We understand certain situations and events can prevent you from your scheduled appointment. We try to be reasonable. Therefore, a cancellation in the same day will only be charged 50% of the services only if we are not able to fill the time slot. This is because we have to make up for lost business from you and from potential clients we were not able to schedule in your previously booked time slot.
This is why a major credit card is required to secure your appointment.
